The series is in search of variation through a directing working method, the handling of spatial connections, interventions and site consideration. The displayed studies explore volumetric manipulations on the method of subtraction. Three pavilions - consistig of 18,27 and 36 cubes are located in a meadowy countryside. Each cube measures 3,6 x 3,6 x 3,6m. By the act of subtracting cubes ( to limit the options, it is a number of seven cubes), new possibilities emerge, creating more complex designs. These abstract volumetric operations respond to programmatic requirements as well as site conditions. pavilion1=Landmark/viewpoint, pavilion2=cafe and pavilion 3=exhibition house.
